A trav&eacute;s de estos grupos se busca favorecer el autocuidado de la salud de la poblaci&oacute;n y una mejor calidad de vida de las personas que padecen dichas enfermedades. Desde el 2018 se ha dado seguimiento a 424 GAM en los 46 municipios, de los cuales 96 se han acreditado.
